Well, Lustine Toyota is pleased to report that Toyota has upped its expectations and now believes the new Prius model will hit 50 mpg on hybrid and go as high as 95 mpg-e with combined power sources. Bob Carter, Group Vice President of Toyota's U.S. sales, says, "It's still an estimate, but we are confident it's going to be 95."¹

With these strong estimates in mind, the Japanese automaker is targeting a record-breaking 220,000 U.S. sales for its Toyota Prius line this year.
